THE VIVAXIS STUDY

We didn't just formulate it. We tested it.

VivAxis was put through a 67-participant consumer experience study so we'd know what real people felt when they used it, not what we hoped they would. The results below are exactly what those 67 people reported: how quickly they noticed a change, how their discomfort moved, how it stacked against other topicals they had tried.

It isn't a clinical trial. It's a self-reported field test, and we publish all of it because the alternative is another wellness brand asking you to take their word for it.

QUESTION BY QUESTION

What 67 people actually said.

Each panel below is a single question from the study survey, the headline result, and what that result means in plain language.

  1. DISCOMFORT DELTA

On a 0 to 10 scale, how would you rate your discomfort before use, and at peak relief after use?

    6.6 to 2.6

Average discomfort rating across all 67 participants moved from 6.6 ("this hurts") before applying to 2.6 ("barely noticeable") at peak relief. A four-point drop on a ten-point scale is the largest single signal in the study.

  2. Q18

After using the product, do you report less pain than before?

    87%

Fifty-eight of the 67 participants reported less pain after use. The remaining nine reported either no change or were unsure.

  3. Q21

How long after applying the product did you first notice a change?

    61% within 15 min

Sixty-one percent of participants noticed a change within 15 minutes of applying. Twenty-four percent noticed a change within the first five.

  4. Q20

Compared to other topical products you've tried, how effective was VivAxis?

    80%

Eighty percent of participants who had previously used other topical products rated VivAxis "more effective" or "much more effective" than what they had tried before.

  5. SATISFACTION

How would you rate your overall satisfaction with the product, 1 to 5?

    82%

Eighty-two percent of participants rated their overall satisfaction 4 or 5 out of 5. Two percent rated their satisfaction 1 or 2.

  6. RECOMMEND

How likely are you to recommend the product to a friend or family member, 0 to 10?

    70%

Seventy percent of participants scored 9 or 10 on likelihood to recommend, which is a Net Promoter Score of roughly 57 (anything above 50 is considered excellent for a consumer product).

CONTROLLED SELF-TEST

Carmen B. applied it to one side of her lower back and used the other as a control.

"The side with the salve felt better for more than 24 hours. I repeated this 4 times with the same results each time."

Carmen B.Lower back, self-controlled comparison
  • "I'm a stroke survivor and this product was so effective to relieve my stiffness. It dried quickly, smells good and works fast."

    Marilyn B.Stroke recovery, stiffness
  • "I play the viola, and arthritis in my bow hand made it more painful to play. This made such a difference, the pain and stiffness was noticeably less."

    Jill B.Arthritis, hand
  • "After a full day on my feet, this dulled the nerve discomfort until it was barely noticeable, and gave prolonged relief that let me go about my routine."

    Kevin S.Sciatica, end-of-day

WHAT THIS STUDY IS NOT

We're being honest about the limits.

The figures above are real, but they came out of a self-reported field test, not a clinical trial. If you're using those numbers to decide whether to spend $24.99 on a botanical roll-on, here's what we want you to know about what they do and don't mean.

  • Self-reported, not measured.

Participants told us what they felt. We did not measure inflammation, range of motion, or any biological marker. "Less discomfort" means the participant reported less discomfort, not that a doctor measured it.

  • 67 participants, not 6,700.

The sample is small by clinical standards. It's large enough to spot patterns in how people use a topical, but a number like "87% reported less pain" should be read as "58 out of 67 self-selected participants," not as a population-level claim.

  • Not a clinical trial.

There was no placebo arm, no blinding, no medical supervision. This is a consumer experience study: people used the product as they would at home, and reported back. Useful as a usage signal; not a substitute for clinical evidence.

  • Topical, not medicine.

VivAxis is a plant-based topical roll-on. It is not a treatment for any condition, and the study did not measure or claim treatment of any condition. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before adding any new topical to your routine.
